my external HDD synchronize to file server

Hi all
I am looking for a way to using my external Hard disk to save my offline files, in other way at my work we have file server, so usually I need to work with these files out of the company. I need a way to save these files as offline then when I plug-in my external HDD to my work pc all the update files will synchronize to file server automatically.
