My Hard Drive C has Crashed

RUN WINDOWS 95B Hard Drive C do not boot-up I can get a: and I chk bios and it chk all rigth.
My Hard Drive C has Crashed. Has important Documents on it. What software
can you suggest to remedy this. Or do you have any other suggestions.
