My headset’s left ear and mic (which is on the left side) don’t work.

My headset’s left ear and mic don’t work, they light up still, but the sound doesn’t work and the mic doesn’t pick up anything. I know it can’t be a software issue, as I’ve tried it in multiple pcs. Any help is greatly appreciated.
