my key board writes the whole row when i press a specific letter like t

for example when i press t it presses tab q w e r t y u i o p ¨.
when i press g it presses caps a s d f g h j k l ‘ enter.
when i press v it presses shift < z x c v b n m , . – shift.
and i was online searching for hours for this problem but couldn't find any so i came here to ask the question.
