my pc dont recognize my sata hard disc some1 help

hi all!i got a athlon 64bit 3200 with a gigabyte ga-k8n sli motherboard and asus eax1600xt graphic card!when i try to format my pc with xp pro and successfully install sata driver and the o.s i go to windows enviroment to install the drivers of motherboard and graphic card but after 4-5 restarts my pc crashes and says cant find any hard disc!when i put the windows xp cd and try to boot from cd and try to install the sata driver again with f6 it dont go to the screen where i can do format but it restarts…anyone can help me?
