My PC is not booting.

Dear Concern,

I have desktop PC.I am getting a serious problem in my computer.When I am connecting my PC from power slot ,Its fan become turn on(only fan not PC) without pressing start button.After that when I am pressing start button its doing nothing(not booting).Please suggest me.
