Hello
I apologise now for my extreme lack of knowledge when it comes to Pc’s but i will try my best to explain my problem
I have a desktop pc that i was using yesterday morning and when i came to use it later that day it came up ‘you are currently not connected to any networks’ if i go under my Network page there is nothing there, my laptop is working (wireless) so there is no problem with the modem
I spoke to my internet provider and they have suggested that there must be some sort of problem within my desktop pc or my drivers need up dating (using my laptop and transferring it over)
Now the problems I have are….
1. I have no idea where or what my drivers are
2. Even if I did know what my drivers are I have no idea where to find the right updates
The info I have under System (if that helps) is….
Windows vista home premium
Service pack 2
Processor = Intel ( R ) Core ( TM ) 2 Quad CPU Q6600 @2.40GHz 240 GHz
Memory (RAM) 3.00 GB
System Type 32-bit Operating system
If this is not the information needed to find my drivers can you point me in the right direction or if you have any other ideas on how I can fix my problems it would be most appreciated
Thanks for any help you can give me
Stuart
