My sql database not access through ISA 2006

Hi,
I am facing problem with MysqlData base connection.It is not connected through ISA server.It is always giving error “Can’t connect to Mysql server on ‘IP_Address_of _server'(10060).”.I want to ask with you.How can allow port 3306(Mysql) in ISA 2006.

Please Help Me.
