My Web Browser automatically shout down if…..

i have a problem regarding my web browser.(mozilla and IE) its automatically shout down..but its only select site to be open.i know that my frend config something in my computer the bad thing is i dont know to bring it back to the normal status already..can u pls help me in my problem..my OS is XP sp2.
