N/W Neighbor does not display all

N/w neighboorhood does not display all the connected computers.
This happens in Win 98, Win ME and also Win XP.
The network OS is Win NT.
Of the 60 computers connected to the network, only 45 are visible even though the setting are all the same in all the computers.

Any help is most appreciated.
