NCF file not executing

I am trying to get an NCF file that I created to work as a Pre/Post command for Backup Exec.

If I type in the name of the NCF file at the server console, I receivce a message that states: Unable to find load file xxx.ncf ???Unknown Command???
I cannot figure this out and now I am totally frustrated. My NCF file does not have the word load in it, so why does the error message say, unable to find load file xxx.ncf????

Please help me somebody…..What am I overlooking?
