NDS migration to NAS possibilities?

So I’m thinking about dropping NW5.1 at my site. I love it, but all the server does these days is share files. Add to that the need to upgrade the array again, and I’m left wondering if I haven’t reached some sort of empass.

Does anyone on Earth offer a NAS appliance that can migrate passwords and permissions from NDS?
