Need a driver for a seagate DDS-3 tape drive…

I’ve installed an IBM DDS-3 internal tape drive on a Windows 2003 server. The tape drive is labeled as a “Seagate STD224000N DDS-3 12/24GB DAT”. It is not visible in Hardware Management. I do have an unknown device indicated. I’m looking for a device driver. Help please…
