i would be glad to hear your opinion, if connecting all workers by remote desktop to the server, with their local user name, is a good way to go. I am a new IT worker in company that had an external support company who just took a lot of money and left a big mess.
all workers (30) are complaining on terrible slowness, i guess it’s because the RDP method, and cause the server had only 2 gig. so is it worth it to change the system to log on locally and accustom the workers to the new way? or is it better to just upgrade the server hardware ? if so, how much gig ram do you estimate is needed for 30 users to work on Sage\Office\iexplorer on one machine?
Any detailed advice that you can think of will be very much appreciated. Many thanks in advance.
