NEED HELP

Now here is the Issue,i have a panasonic camera and a linksys router.There are 2 pc’s hardwired into router.Now hereis the issue ,I use a software on both pc’s on one machine the camer’s seem to work nicely ..wth no interruptions but on the other machine the footage tat appears seem to lags behind and freezes ….each time i have to exit n restart the application need help ….plz
