need help in wireshark

i’m new to wireshark and i’m using it to troubleshoot my company’s network bandwidth which have been going very high out of a sudden, i have saved the file i capture in the last 4hrs which is about 67mb , all i need is someone who is willing to help and see if i missed any suspicious packet. i will then e-mail or send a link for you to download the file which is in .pcap format.
