Need help on how to do research on cyber security

I’m a research student currently working on a Honors Project. My interest field of study is CYBER SECURITY. Recently graduated from college wit a Bachelor in Computer Science and continuing on Post-graduate program without work experience. Therefore, I need some form of assistance to do my project and how to go about doing my project.
