need help understanding web page design

i want to design a adult web site. i have unlimited hosting and file storage with LUNAR PAGES. i have a swinger group on yahoo and i want to move my group to its own site. i found NING 3 months ago when the had a red light district that honored adult material. now NING does not honor adult material but i love the way NING’s layout it. does any body have any tips or can atleast point me in the right direction to get my site off the ground? you can reach me kingdre69@yahoo.com
