Need Intranet on Win98 LAN

I am runnin a Win98 LAN with 5 stations, email is Outlook Express with Internet Explorer. I need to setup a nocost/lowcost intranet within the LAN to exchange email and various docs. Can I do this and how? Win 98 comes with some kind of a internet server? Help.
