Need script to copy file based on timestamp from a ftp server

Hi,

I need to connect to a ftp server running on windows and based on the timestamp download files to a local windows server. Rather than using a ftp client to manually copy the files i need a script which can do this for me? Could anyone post the code to do this. it could be a batch script or vb script or anything as long as it works in the windows environment.
