Need security help ASAP

Good morning all:

I have a bit of a dilemma. I’m running Redhat 6.1. I have no idea what has been patched security wise. Is there a way to find out?

Where do I start? Do I start at the bottom on Redhat’s Security Errata Advisory list and work my way to the top one-by-one (I hope not). I have a sense nothing was patched. So is there an easy way to patch it up to date or without doing it one-by-one? Please point me into the right direction? Thank you! Much appreciated. M
