Need some guidance:

Hello everyone I am new to this whole networking thing. I was wondering if someone could give some guidance here. I need to find some information on designing a network for a small office with 4 subnets and 50 host addresses.

Basically I need to have 1 subnet and the other 3 will have all inbound and outbound traffic blocked to the 1 subnet.
