Need to change my working domain,

Hi,

Currently working for Telecom company.has 4 + of experience.

I completed my Engineering degree in Electronics and communication.,

Now i wish to serve for NASA(space research)

dont know the way to enter.

Need to know weather i should do any external courses?
any help is highly appreciated.
