Need to create cached copy of domain profile manualy

Hi all,
there is a domain where users have remote profiles wich were moved from one server (svr01) to another (svr02). As there is no routnigs rules for svr02 – users can not reach it.
There is a new user logging to fresh computer (no cached profile)- he can log to the domain but he’s always logged with TEMP profile.

As there is possibility to copy files from svr02 from other computer on USB drive – can i create domain cached profile on local machine so user will be able to store settings and files on it (i know it will not be synced with remote profile)?
