Need to find out who moved a servies of folders…

A user on our domain has moved a series of folder to a new location on the network. Management wants to find out who did this. I looked at the folders and files at the new location and the saved as data was old, so that was not much help.

I ran the Storage Reports Management tool in Windows server 2003, but it only displays 1000 records for the most recently accessed files.
