Need to install dual Linux OS with RAID (RHEL4 & Debian)

Dear Experts,

we bought a new server DELL 2900 need to install dual OS with Linux.

Requirments:-

1.Need to install the dual OS with RHEL 4 and Debian with Raid configuration.

2.we have 4 serial Attached SCSI (SAS)HDD with 300 GB.

3.Each Linux OS need to configure with RAID1 (mirroring) with each OS.

4.totally 4 HDD one with Debian and mirroring and another one with RHEL4 mirroring.

>kindly let me know whether its possible to install both OS with mirroring in the same server

>which OS i have to install first how can i do mirroring with both OS help me on this..
