Need to see other subnet

I run a school-wide network with a Windows 2000 server and Win9x and Windows 2000 workstaitons. We have 2 different subnets, xxx.xxx.32.xxx and xxx.xxx.33.xxx. I need computers on the 32 subnet to be able to see computers and printers on the 33 subnet and vice versa. How do I go about this?
