Needs to change date and time on servers connected to Domain

Hello All,

I have 10 windows 2003 servers connected to domain. As soon as I change date and time on any of these servers, CPU utilization reaches 100% and after that user can not do any activity for almost next 45 minutes. Even restart does not help. Server users need to change date and time for some time to test their application but because of this problem they can not do that. I would appreciate any help related to this matter.

Which options are availalbe to me, which one is short term, long term, easy to implement etc.
