Neighborhood Network-workgroups

I have 3 computers on a switch @ dsl modem into the uplike. #1 can only see #1,#2 can see everyone in the network, #3 can only see #3 and when i plug laptaop in laptop can only see laptop, but #2 still see’s all. all comp’s can log on to dsl. all cat5’s are verified.
