NETBIOS in WIndows 2003

Hi,

Kindly note that as we are using Sitescope Monitor s/w to Monitor Windows Resources. In that case it uses Netbios Protocol to connect any Windows Server. But when I am going to add that WIndows Server it will not able to connect the windows server.In the same ref I have few questions from Windows 2003 Settings.

1. As I have enabled Netbios on TCP/IP from windows server.
2. Is there any other services which I require to start so that I can connect Windows Server.

As I have verified from Sitescope Side there is no any issues with it as other windows servers monitors are added in that sitescope.
