netbios over tcp

I am facing a problem of browsing some of my remote sites. I am using the same service provider to route my networks and same cisco devices used all over.
When I browse \\IP ADDRESS\share_name,from a Windows PC, I get an error “no network path was found”. The service provider says nothing different has been implemented on those sites in comparison to those accepting the command above.

Please assist.
