net::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID

So i got on my computer today, and I tried opening discord, an app, but it wouldn’t connect. I tried opening chrome which mostly worked, but some webpages I got this error. I deduced it is not just this computer, but all that are on the network, and that going to a previous version of windows that was stable didn’t fix it either.
