Netgear MR314 with NTL Broadband

I’m trying to set up the Netgear MR314 wireless router with NTL Broadband cable modem. I’ve gone through the Netgear wizard process and I get the congratulatory message at the end to say that @ve successfully set up the connection but when I try to access anything in IE I get 404 errors. Have I missed something? I’m setting this up using an ethernet connection to the router – it’s other machines that I’ll want to connect through wireless. I’ve tried each of the encapsulation options – all to no avail. Do I need to define something in my connection options in IE?
