netgear software problems

I can’t load my net-gear software any more. It will load from the disk but it doesn’t show up in the program list or the start list. After the software loads it doesn’t let me get past the agreement.I think some thing got turned off or on that’s not letting me finish the process. I even downloaded the update & it does the same thing.
