NetLab

I am lost in trying to figure out the commands that are necessary to sign into NetLab. Enrolled in CCNA Semester 2 and have the NetLab, which requires logging on and the commands are something I am not familiar with.

Can someone please help with this login procedure by instruction or helping with commands.
