Netmeeting hangs after upgrade

Having applied the latest upgrade patches to Windows2000 Pro I find that Netmeeting hangs at the intro screen. Conf.exe file seems in order.
Can I get a list of support files, or can I instal Netmeeting 3.01 on its own?
