netowkr wide registry search

I would like to search my all the computers no my LAN’s registry and be able to delete a key. The w32.spybot.worm has added the key svchosting.exe in some of the computers registry and I need to delete the file and also the registry key. Is there a script to do this? If so can it be run before anything loads so that the file will not be in use?
