Netscape Email

Last Week Friday I had received a message in netscape “document has no data…”. This message only occured when I opened the messenger first. If I opened the browser then went into the email messenger program I was fine. I had heard that they wereupgrading the gateway software over the internet and that could have been causing a possible time out. Any information would help.
