Netscape Webmail Cookie Error

I have a problem, everytime I logged into our company’s e-mail via its webmail interface, I would seem to be able to login. But when I try to click on a message, it will say “Server Error – This server has encountered an internal error which prevents it from fulfilling your request. The most likely caused is a misconfiguration. Please ask the administrator to look for message in the server’s log.” “Your cookie table has overflowed. Please contact your netscape support.”
