Netware 3.12, Not Clearing Connections

Every morning I get into ‘Connection Information’ and delete all the “NOT-LOGGED-IN” connections in order to allow the users to login, but this just got worse lately, we have 250 licenses but only 200 that we use between users and printers. The connections are not been clear automatically, and Novell does not support 3.12, and having to do this every couple of hours is crazy. Althought we are moving to W2k environment but not until another couple of months … What can I do ????
