Netware 4.1 trouble

Hello,
Before I begin, let me explain the kind of network it concerns. Novell server is being used as a file and print server. There are two different subnets on the network that use tcp/ip and Novell has only IPX enabled. Periodically novell server keeps freezing and the following message comes up: “Router configuration error detected SAP error 0030C10EBFE4 node () claims network address 00000003 should be 00000002”
It happens everyday, any ideas anyone?
