NetWare 5 migration to Win2K…gotcha’s?

I am migrating a Netware server to a Win2K workstation (there’s only 3 NT4 systems in the network). Are there any gotcha’s I should be aware of? I have zero experience with Netware, but am an experienced Win2k administrator. I assume I can just format and reconfigure the server, then just remove Netware clients from the NT4 workstations….sound right?
