NetWare 5.1/TCP/IP Load sharing

I just installed a Netware 5.1 server, it has 2 token ring cards and 2 ethernet cards.

I’d like for the 2 cards on each network to load share network traffic(IP). Does anyone know how to set this up?

Basically 1 card of each network type will pass IPX and both cards IP. Do I assign different IP addresses? I tried to do it suring setup, however, Netware stated do it after the install. When I give them 2 different IP addresses, only one works.
