netware 5x and arcserve 7

After re-installing Arcserve7, on a netware 5x server with sp4, the arcserve.nlm will not load. At the server console, I get an error E0125. The sys: is at 24% capacity, and the Vol1: is at 8% capacity. Does any one have any idea how to solve this problem. (beside re-loading netware 5x.
