Netware 6.5 CPU Utilization

I am having an issue with a Netware 6.5 SP4 server. The CPU is consistantly running at 100% and I’m not sure why at this point (fairly new to Netware). Response from the server is slow but it does continue to run. I have tried rebooting it but the issues came back.

The Server is virtualized on an VMware ESX server but does have all the VMTools installed.

This problem started to occur when we migrated some users over from another division and I suspect that Groupwise may be the cause (a guess at this point).

Is there a way to check and see what could be causing the server spike for long periods of time?
