Netware Autolon with NT

I have a need to autologon on Novell Netware 4.11, our main network, and also be able to map NT Shares. The problem I have is that Netware AutoLogon disables the Windows Logon GUI thus making NT Shares unavailable for mapping as the NT Server resource cannot be found. We need the Netware Autologon at the client station, we are a university, and have teaching software that requires NT as a server in order to serve the license. I need access to the instructional material on the NT Server througha w95/98 desktop icon.

Does anyone know of a way around this problem? Is there a method that I can use to have individual stations autologon AND have the NT resources available for mapping.
