Netware queues on NT

I have a couple Novell 312 servers that I am replaceing with NT. I want to know how can I have my in-houe legacy applications that point to Novell print queue now go to NT printers. My old apps send data out lpt1 where they are sent to a Novell queue. Can I define a novell queue on NT. My gaol is to remove the Novell servers
