Netware servers and RAS

I am using a cisco 5300 as my ras server. I can connect to LAN fine, but I can’t see my Novell servers with IP only. I have put in the IP address instead of the server name but still no luck. I can ping the server though. I am using the Novell client 3.2. ANyone have any ideas?
