Netware to Windows Migration

Anyone have any ideas on how to migrate from Netware to Windows? Here’s the catch though, we already have Windows in place w/ Active Directory, etc. What we really want to migrate are the files that still reside on the Netware server, nothing more. The file migration utility will migrate the files and permissions but I’m assuming that when it migrates the permissions it will not know to map to the Windows account.

Any suggestions are helpful.
