Netware/Win 2000/Office 2000 print probs

We have several Win 2000 workstations (some upgraded from Win 98, some brand new Gateway computers) on a Novell 4.2 server, running Office 2000 applications. Printing sometimes stalls (“Word is background printing this document”)or completely stopsthe application. Novell client software is either 4.80.20000717 or 4.81. Both have the same problems printing. Has anyone else had this problem?
